Your coaching sessions can be held over the phone lasting 40 minutes, or face to face lasting one hour. We agree the frequency and other details at the first (intake) session, which lasts 90 minutes.
How Much does it cost?
The cost depends on whether sessions are face to face (£90) or on the phone (£60). You can also book a block of 6 sessions in advance, which qualifies you for a 10% discount compared to the pay as you go option.
